Things you should know

• Hair must be styles so that it does not touch athletes face.
• Advance Beginners: hair MUST be in a bun.
• No beads, no knockers, no barrettes
• No jewelry
• Soft bows / scrunches only. Deductions will be received if unapproved accessory is seen, and additional deductions will be issued if accessory comes off while competing.
• Hair should be a natural color. Exceptions: Red, Black, White or Gray ONLY.
• Nail polish must be solid red, black, white or gray only. No designs.
• Attire: Floor Attire, Blinged leotard and Red / Black male top with black pants. 
• Warm Ups: Competitive & Lite
