Recreational Gymnastics
At Spirit Technique, we welcome children of all ages and skill levels, whether they're 18 months or older, beginners or advanced, we have the perfect gymnastics class for them.

Traditional Gymnastics
Gymnastics includes a number of amazing disciplines including artistic, rhythmic, tumbling & trampoline, acrobatic and more. What most know to be gymnastics is artistic gymnastics. Artistic gymnastics includes bar, beam, floor and vault.

Power Tumbling & Trampoline
Power tumbling and trampoline is a great gymnastics discipline for children looking to learn to flip. If your little is passionate about tumbling, has high energy or is looking to learn tumbling elements for cheer, gymnastics and dance, power tumbling is great. Power tumbling and trampoline includes power tumbling, single mini, double mini and trampoline.
