Trunk or Treat Event

Join Spirit Technique at Trunk or Treat, a safe environment for trick-or-treaters to celebrate Halloween. Participants will trick or treat out of the decorated trunks of vehicles.

Super Hero Ninja Night

Spirit Technique's next event will be our very own version of the American Ninja Warrior Challenge. Athlete's will complete ninja challenges full of climbing, flipping, jumping and climbing.

Among Us Party

Spirit Technique's next event will be an Among Us Party. Athlete's will complete challenges full of fun, fitness and flipping as a crew member or imposter. 12 spots remaining.

Competitive Tryout Clinics

Spirit Technique's Competitive Tryout Clinic is designed for athletes working on their skills for competitive cheerleading and competitive gymnastics tryouts. We will work skills and drills to get your child closer to tryout ready.

There is limited space in this clinic.

Cost: $15 per session per participant
