No. Beginners are welcome to all camps. Each camp curriculum is designed to support child at their level. We focus on helping children stay active, engaged, and excited to participate.

Dress Code: All clothing should be comfortable and weather-appropriate. Please remember air conditioning can get a little chilly first thing in the mornings. Children may wear leotards, bikeotards, athletic apparel. Children should bring socks or trampoline shoes daily. Please send your child with a backup outfit on their first day to be left at Spirit Technique throughout the summer. This outfit will be worn if they ever have an accident or get dirty. Outfits will be sent home with parents on the final day of camp. Clothing not picked up by Sept. 1 will be donated.

Yes! Families may register for one week or multiple weeks based on availability.

Most Spirit Technique Summer Camps are designed for children ages 5–12. All campers must be able to use the restroom without additional support. Please review each camp description for additional details.

Yes. Families may choose from half day, full day, and extended care options based on their schedule and availability. Half Day AM: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Half Day PM: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Full Day: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Extended Care: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

That’s completely normal. Our coaches work to create a welcoming, structured, and encouraging environment that helps children feel comfortable, supported, and included.

Yes! Camps are held inside our air-conditioned facility to help campers stay active and comfortable throughout the summer.

Yes. Some camp weeks may reach capacity early, so families are encouraged to register in advance to reserve their preferred weeks.
