How to Register for Spirit Technique’s 2025–2026 After School Program in Cordova, TN: A Step-by-Step Guide for Parents

At Spirit Technique, we know how important it is to make registration simple, transparent, and stress-free. Whether you're joining us for the first time or coming back, this guide will walk you through everything you need to complete your child's registration for our After School Program.

1. 📅 Choose Your Timeframe: Weekly, Monthly, or Session-Based

We offer flexible options so families can choose what works best for them:

• Weekly – Ideal for families who want flexibility. You’ll select the weeks you need in advance.

• Monthly – Great for consistency. Your child is enrolled for the entire month, with a set payment due date.

• Session-Based – Covers a full academic session (e.g., August–December). Best value, includes exclusive perks and reserved space.

2. 💳 Select Your Payment Plan

We accept the following:

• Weekly Payments – Due each Friday before the upcoming week

• Monthly Payments – Due by the 23rd of the prior month

💡 Seats are limited. Transportation is first-come, first-served and billed at the time of registration.

4. 🍎 Add a Snack Card

We offer pre-paid snack cards for additional snacks so you don’t have to send money. Simply:

• Add a Snack Card in increments of $5

• Good for 30 days

• Refill anytime

🎉 Snack cards are optional, but highly convenient!

5. 🖊️ Complete the Registration Form

Our digital form is designed for clarity and ease. It includes:

• Contact information

• Emergency contacts

• Pickup authorizations

• Payment selections

• Transportation and snack preferences

🛑 Registration is not complete until all forms and payment are received.

After you register, we’ll send you a confirmation email with links to:
