❓ What schools do you pick up from?
We currently offer school pickup from:
Cordova Elementary
Macon Hall Elementary
Riverwood Elementary
When registering for our Cordova, TN After School Program you must select transportation as an option to reserve your child's seat.
🛑 Exceptions: Transportation is only offered to schools within our contracted route. If your child attends another school, you may opt to drop off directly at our facility.
❓ What are the hours of the After School Program?
Our program runs Monday through Friday from school dismissal until 6:00 PM.
🛑 Late pickup policy: A $25 fee will be charged 5 minutes after 6:00 PM.
❓ What activities are included in the After School Program?
Every day includes:
✅ Homework Help / Academic Support
✅ Physical Activity: Gymnastics, Ninja, Trampoline, or Tumbling
✅ Enrichment Clubs: STEAM, arts, or movement-based activities
✅ Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Circles and Reflection
✅ Healthy Snacks Provided
🎯 This is a structured program—not just babysitting. We focus on growth, movement, and character.
❓ Is transportation included in tuition?
No. Transportation is an add-on service provided through our trusted partner.
$35/week per student (billed at the time of registration)
Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
🛑 No service on school holidays, inclement weather days, or unplanned early dismissals outside standard hours.
❓ What ages/grades can enroll?
The program is open to Kindergarten through 5th Grade students (typically ages 5–12).
🛑 We do not currently accept Pre-K or middle school students.
❓ How many children are in the program?
Our daily program is capped at 15 students, with a 1:15 lead staff-to-student ratio to ensure personalized support and safety.
❓ What is the cost?
We offer weekly and monthly tuition options. Tuition includes:
Daily activities
Snacks
Academic support
Progress tracking

❓ What if my child has food allergies?
Please indicate any allergies on the registration form. We will make reasonable accommodations for pre-packaged snack alternatives.
🛑 We are a nut-aware facility but cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
❓ What is the refund policy?
No refunds, reschedules or transfers are given for missed days or early pickup.
🛑 Emergency withdrawals due to health/family relocation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
❓ What safety procedures are in place?
Staff are CPR/First Aid Certified
Daily attendance tracking
Transportation is GPS monitored, sanitized daily, and driven by background-checked professionals
SEL Circles are held for reflection and peer support
Emergency & disaster protocols are in place (weather, power, transport)
❓ What supplies does my child need?
Students should bring:
A water bottle
Homework and necessary school supplies
A change of clothes (optional)
Closed-toe shoes for physical activity
